Job Summary:
We are looking for a Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) to join our team and drive intelligent decisioning strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing next-best-action strategies, real-time decisioning, and AI-driven personalization to improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement decision strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub.

Build and configure Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies aligned with business goals.

Leverage Pega AI and analytics capabilities, including adaptive models, predictive models, and data flows.

Collaborate with marketing, business, and IT teams to gather requirements and deploy real-time decisioning solutions.

Develop and maintain engagement policies, arbitration rules, treatments, and channels within CDH.

Monitor performance and continuously optimize decision strategies based on results and model behavior.

Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega decisioning and marketing operations.
Required Qualifications:

Pega CPDC certification (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience with Pega CDH and Pega Marketing/Decisioning.

Strong understanding of NBA strategy design, AI/ML model integration, and customer journey management.

Experience with data flows, adaptive & predictive models, and real-time containers.

Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration in decisioning contexts.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Pega 8.x+ platform and cloud-based deployments.

Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, churn models, or upsell/cross-sell strategies.

Exposure to marketing automation platforms and A/B testing.

Background in data analysis, modeling, or data science (Python, R, SQL is a plus).
