Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and certified Pega System Architect (CSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega PRPC-based solutions, with a strong understanding of business process management and workflow applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC platform.

  • Translate business requirements into functional, maintainable, and scalable Pega solutions.

  • Participate in design and architecture sessions, offering input to align with business and technical goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and other developers.

  • Create and manage rules, flows, data models, and UI components within Pega.

  • Perform unit and integration testing, and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Ensure compliance with Pega development best practices and guardrails.

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pega CSA certification (Certified System Architect) is mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC development.

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and rule-based systems.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Pega certifications (CSSA, Lead System Architect).

  • Familiarity with Pega BPM workflows, case management, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

  • Exposure to Java, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.

  • Experience working with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
